The Internal Compass Tenet Hoop by Foundrae is a single huggie earring of considered graphic detail. A wide, polished 18-karat gold band is inlaid with blocks of multi-coloured ceramic — nude, cobalt blue, white and forest green — arranged in a precise, Mondrian-like sequence around the outer face. The Tenet motif references Foundrae’s philosophy of internal navigation: the idea that one’s moral compass is the truest guide. Handmade, as with all Foundrae pieces, minor surface variation is inherent to the craft.
