Private Label Dubai's fully customised Rolex Datejust 41mm arrives in Sorbet White — a matte, all-over white coating that strips the watch of its metallic sheen and replaces it with something altogether quieter. The white dial reads almost seamlessly against the coated case, with silver baton indices providing the only tonal contrast. It is the most minimal expression of the Private Label Dubai customisation programme, and perhaps the most considered.
